A. We have employees experienced with the most common EHR/PM systems and will work with you to securely log-in to your existing system for practice management functions like Billing and Accounting.


Q. Do I need to purchase any software?

A. In most cases no, but it depends on your current system. In most cases we can log-in to your existing EHR/PM system. Our IT experts can offer guidance on the best choices for a new electronic health record if your practice would benefit from upgrading.

Q. How does my practice know that our billing and collections is being done on time and how should we handle any questions from patients?

A. Since we utilize your PM system, there is full transparency to patient accounts and revenue. Dedicated representatives are constantly in contact with your practice for information that may assist in charge capture or to answer questions your staff may have. We pride ourselves at being an extension of your practice.

Q. Do I get an audit done on my charges to make sure I am documenting visits accurately?

A. Yes. Our internal compliance team will audit a random sample of charges twice a year and provide documentation education, if necessary.
