An experienced Healthcare and Corporate Business Development Executive, Antone’s primary expertise lies in evaluating the strategic advantages of organizations; building successful business plans, developing corporate strategies and alliances, managing the sales and business development process and implementation to ensure successful performance. Experience includes progressive advancement with many major healthcare organizations including DaVita HealthCare Partners, Meridian Healthcare Group, In Home Health, Manor Care Health Services, Coram Healthcare, HMSS, Inc., and Homedco, Inc. As Vice President, Strategy & Development, Antone is responsible for all aspects of NANI’s Management Services Organization (MSO), Tower Physician Solutions, including successful MSO launch, strategy and service line development, business partnerships, revenue generation, and profitability.

Brian O’Dea
Chief Executive Officer

Brian is an entrepreneurial business leader with Management and Finance experience in Healthcare, Banking, Commodities and Manufacturing. He is a Certified and licensed Public Accountant who holds an MBA from DePaul University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois. Currently CFO and COO of Nephrology Associates of Northern Illinois, Brian has helped modernize and transform core operations for efficiency and to build a platform for growth. In his eight years with NANI, Brian has more than doubled revenues and physician members. He has led expansion into joint ventures for dialysis and real estate, access centers and lab management services.

Norvel Frock
Director, Practice Operations

Norvel brings a career of experience in Healthcare Management and Administration to the team. He’s managed Nephrology practices for 14 years and, before that, was CFO for drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, Controller for an Orthopedics practice and director of an IT manufacturing facility. Norvel is a Certified Medical Practice Executive and has a strong background in developing and structuring joint healthcare ventures.

Sandeep Bajaj M.D, is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 10 years experience. She provides strategic direction and oversight of health quality programs and initiatives aimed to improve physician practices. Sandeep has Extensive knowledge of Meaningful Use/PQRS/VBM, data collection and reporting, as well as experience creating workflow related to Meaningful Use and PQRS compliance. Sandeep guides medical practices through complicated processes for regulatory compliance and helps physicians achieve optimum results from federal quality programs with individualized practice assessment and strategy services.

Director, Accounting Services

Melina has over 8 years of Healthcare Accounting experience. She is a Certified Public Accountant who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Marketing from North Central College. She is an active member with the MGMA and the Illinois CPA Society. As Director of Accounting, Melina’s main responsibilities include the issuing of monthly financial statements, overseeing treasury management, as well as providing cash flow projections and profitability analyses.

With fifteen years of expertise in the field of employee relations, Jennifer is a results-driven Human Resources professional who possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in both corporate and multi-unit environments. Joseph is a certified Novell Engineer and Certified NextGen Professional in EPM and EHR. He brings 20 years of IT experience to the team, five of which have been in the field of Healthcare. He also spent four years as an electrical engineer after completing a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology. Joseph’s role and expertise are improving functionality and efficiency in healthcare businesses through strategy, project management, implementation and user support.

Emily is a communications, marketing and strategy specialist with over 14 years of experience helping healthcare organizations position themselves for growth. Organizing and communicating information to business owners, colleagues and patients has been a central function of Emily’s work for a variety of healthcare organizations. With an eye on progress, she is an experienced planner and strategist. Emily received two Bachelors degrees from Bradley University in Peoria.
